Fuel Sender
Picture 9: Fuel Sender - this was again bodged together from cortina and capri parts to suit
Bonnet Hinge
Picture 10: Bonnet Hinge - this is made from some pretty thick steel box section. Spigot welded on, and 4 holes for bolts to go through to fit the bonnet to the chassis.
The chassis should have bushed holes for these spiggots to go into. Nothing fancy. Undo the 4 bolts from each side and the bonnet can be removed! (okay, also undo wiring etc, but you get the idea)
